Baraka joined Fortis Attorneys in 2015 and he has been professionally involved in legal matters ranging from litigation, handling legal correspondences, legal advice, legal research, legal drafting and documentation. He commands extensive skills and experience in 10 commercial law, banking law, labour law, insurance law, corporate matters and conveyance to mention few.

He formerly worked as an intern at Attorney General Chambers, National Insurance Cooperation (NIC) and Bwana Attorneys and as a legal officer with Indian Friendship Centre in Sault Ste Marie, Canada at the Family Court department for the indigenous people in an exchange program with Canada World Youth (CWY).
